Most vloggers conduct social experiment to have content on their channels. However, some social experiments are meant to be unsettling in order to convey a strong message to the viewers. Among those disturbing social experiment is this recent video shared by Pinoy vlogger Jose Hallorina. This video earned divided opinions on social media due to its sensitive content.
In the video, Hallorina was seen approaching an elderly vendor. The vendor was selling vegetables and fruits by the side of the street. Hallorina strike a conversation with the vendor first to get to know him better.
He found out that his name was Tatay Danilo, and selling vegetables is his only livelihood.
According to Tatay Danilo, he sells fruits and vegetables for almost 16 hours every day just to make a living. He also claimed that when Hallorina approached him, he was very weary and sleepy because he has been working so hard during the night.
A few moments later, Hallorina offered Tatay Danilo an intimidating proposition!
The vlogger claimed that he will give the vendor P3,000 only if he will kiss his feet first. You can just imagine Tatay Danilo’s surprise when he heard this offer. Hallorina then proceeded to place his foot near Tatay Danilo’s face and repeated his offer.
At first, the elderly man was hesitant to do what the vlogger asked. But after pondering for a few moments, he decided that it was worth the try.
Right when he was about to kiss the man’s foot, the vlogger stopped him. Jose couldn’t help but feel emotional as he pondered the vendor’s tough situation.
The vlogger explained that it was only a social experiment, and he proceeded to apologize and give the P3,000 to Tatay Danilo. He even doubled the amount so the vendor can finally go home and rest. Check out the rest of his social experiment below.
