The tragic death of Christine Dacera is still haunting the minds of her loved ones. On January 10, the 23-year-old flight attendant was finally laid to rest. But the battle to find out what truly happened is far from over. For the meantime, her loved ones looked back on their happy memories with Dacera. Christine is remembered as a kind and loving person by her family and friends.
According to her mom, Sharon Dacera, her daughter was a family-oriented person who always prioritizes her loved ones. This is also how her ex-boyfriend remembered her. On Twitter, Martin Vigilia shared his last conversation with Christine before she passed away on New Year’s day. Their heartbreaking conversation soon went viral on social media.

Martin has been the long-time boyfriend of the 23-year-old flight attendant, before they finally broke up just recently. Despite going their separate ways, the two remained in good terms. As a matter of fact, just before she passed away, Christine even talked with Martin and congratulated him for finding a new girlfriend.
“I guess this is the end of it. Bye bebe ko. please be happy. I’m gonna find my happiness soon. Take care beb. I wanna hear you talk about her, please. Para lang makilala ko sino yung mag-aalaga sayo,” wrote Christine. Even though they have broken up, the two were still talking from time to time.
Martin responded with: “You’ll be happy too, stay safe always and sana magkita pa rin tayo pag matanda na tayo ha. You rest na. Good night beb, pretty mo pa rin.” Soon after Christine’s passing, Martin shared their conversation on social media. He also attended the wake of his former lover, along with hi new girlfriend, as per Christine’s wishes to meet her.
On the other hand, the investigation to determine Christine’s death is still underway. On January 10, just before she was laid to rest, the NBI has gathered sample evidence from Christine’s body in order to shed light on her death.
