Earlier this week, Gerald Anderson once again found himself in hot water after commenting on Diego Loyzaga’s post on Instagram. Diego, 25, shared his romantic surprise for his girlfriend Barbie Imperial. He prepared a romantic surprise complete with white balloons, fairy lights, and white flowers for his girlfriend. Gerald commented on the lovebirds’ photo and teased his friend Diego about his ‘galawan moves.’
“Sa Th3rd floor mo ata natutunan mga ganyan galawan bro ah, haha congrats bro,” wrote Gerald on Diego’s IG post. Th3rd Floor is a fitness center in Diliman, Quezon City, which is owned by Gerald himself.
The fitness center has a lot of celebrity customers. And from Gerald’s comment, it seems like Diego is also a regular customer in Th3rd Floor.

Gerald’s comment might mean two things: Diego learned his ‘galawan’ moves on other gym buddies, or it might be Gerald himself who taught it to him.
Obviously, Gerald was only jesting Diego and this is a joke between two friends. However, many netizens did not like Gerald’s comment.
Many of Diego’s Instagram fans retaliated and said hurtful comments against Gerald. It seems like they were offended when Gerald implied that Diego might be a playboy like him. Some of them even said that their idol is nothing like Gerald, who is known for his string of lovers in the past.

As you may well know, Gerald Anderson was linked with Julia Barretto following his break-up with ex Bea Alonzo. Bea accused Gerald of ‘ghosting’ her ever since he starred in ‘Between Maybes’ with Julia. Both Julia and Gerald has since denied any romantic relationship with one another, but their leaked photos on social media say otherwise.
