Jollibee Service Crew, Napaiyak na Lamang Matapos Maliitin at Sigaw-Sigawan ng Isang Driver

Working as a service crew is perhaps one of the most challenging jobs these days. They work tirelessly all day in exchange for a meager income. Amid the pandemic, they still go to work just to provide service to their customers. Unfortunately, despite their hard work, service crew are one of the most underappreciated workers. They also receive a lot of bad treatment from demanding customers.

Among them is this female service crew who works at a Jollibee branch in Kumintang, Batangas. The service crew couldn’t help but turn emotional after a drive-thru customer shouted at her.

The next customer, Zari Frillez, saw how the female service crew was treated by the rude driver, so she shared this incident on social media.

“Sinigaw-sigawan si ateng naka-duty sa drive thru na walang nagawa kundi mapaiyak at mag sumbong samin. Di niyo alam kung gaanong pagod ang ginagawa ng mga taong to sa ganitong oras at panahon para makapagtrabaho ng maayos, tapos babastusin at mumurahin niyo lang. Sana malaman ang buongplate number niyo at matauhan kayo ng mahulasan kayo sa ginawa niyo.”

The service crew had no other choice but to cry after the incident, because she cannot answer back to the customer. But instead of taking a break to gather her composure, she just went back to work as usual.

According to Frillez, they were not able to catch the entire plate number of the car before them. However, they confirmed that the plate number ended in 744.

In addition to that, they also claimed that another woman was in the car with the driver, but she did nothing to stop her companion from shouting at the poor service crew.

On the other hand, many netizens were enraged with this incident. Some even called out the rude driver for taking out his anger on this poor service crew.

Indeed, even though you’re a paying customer, you have no right to step on the feelings of others. Hopefully, the driver will learn his lesson and will not do this to other service workers.
