Even if you can afford them, shopping for designer brands is never easy. Most luxury brands take care of their reputation by making their products exclusive and choosing their customers strictly. That being said, even if you’re a celebrity, you might find yourself having a hard time getting your hands on some high-end designer items. Among those who had a similar experience is former actress and singer KC Concepcion.
In her recent vlog on Youtube, KC shared her exquisite collection of designer bags. As you may well know, she is really fond of designer bags, shoes, watch, and clothing.
But just like most regular shoppers, KC also had an embarrassing moment while shopping for designer bags in the states. She shared how she was intimidated by a staff in YSL.

“Yves Saint Laurent, in all my college life, was my favorite brand. I found it really matched with my personality. It was edgy. I loved the blazers, I loved the androgynous feel. I just really, really like what YSL stood for, and I made sure that I had my fair share of YSL purses in my collection,” said KC.
However, despite being a patron of the brand, KC had an unpleasant experience while shopping for YSL purses in the United States. According to KC, while she was in California, a salesman tried to intimidate her while she was in search of a YSL purse.
“I bought these in Los Angeles, and the salesperson looked at me and said, ‘Oh, you’re looking for YSL purses? YSL purses are very expensive.’ Sabi ko, ‘Yes, I would just like to see them. I want to see what you have. I want to see what’s in store.’ ‘Yes, but they’re very expensive.’ Tapos sabi ko, ‘I’m not asking if they’re expensive or not expensive, I’m asking to see the designs.”
Despite the annoying treatment that she received from the salesman, KC ended up purchasing two handbags. But she did not let the rude salesman to get the commission.
Instead, KC chose another salesman who was welcoming and respectful. She also advised her viewers to not be discouraged when facing a similar situation.
