Sheryl Cruz and Jeric Gonzales continue to dazzle their fans with their convincing chemistry on screen. The young actor is Sheryl’s on-screen love interest in the soap opera “Magkaagaw.” With their steamy scenes in the afternoon series, many netizens are convinced that the two share a unique chemistry! That being said, it’s no wonder why many netizens link them together.
But when it comes to a real life relationship, is there a chance for Sheryl and Jeric? As you may well know, they also have a May-December tandem, as Sheryl, 46, is eighteen years senior of Jeric, who is only 28.
When asked about their age gap, Sheryl gave an answer that provided hope to their fans.

“Well, actually that is very… it’s a very challenging question to answer. But ako naman, from my point of view, since I already experienced being married and being out of a marriage, and being single, so it depends,” says Sheryl.
Jeric, on the other hand, was more straightforward with his answer. According to the Kapuso actor, age is not a big factor to him when it comes to relationships.
“Naniniwala kasi ako na hindi age, e. Pag na-in love ka sa isang tao, it doesn’t matter. Ang mahalaga dun masaya ka, ‘tapos, ayun, nakita niyo yung mundo ng isa’t isa, yung happiness ng isa’t isa, nagkasundo kayo.”
On the other hand, this is not the first time that Sheryl and Jeric became the talk of the town. Way back in December 2020, the seasoned actress was plagued with rumors.
According to the speculations of some netizens, Sheryl was impregnated by Jeric! As you can expect, this rumor came as a shock to the actress when she was asked about it.
“I just came back from a lock-in taping of Magkaagaw and got my period on the second week of the taping, so that’s my answer. And if the tsismis is true, wow, ang ganda o ang guapo siguro ng magiging anak namin,” says Sheryl, finally ending all the speculations during her interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal.
