Two months after giving birth, Bangs Garcia is back on track to achieve her pre-pregnancy body! On July 22, the former actress gave birth to her second daughter with husband Lloydi Birchmore. Many netizens are amazed on how Bangs managed to maintain her figure and sexiness despite having two kids. And just recently, she finally revealed her secrets!

According to Bangs, it will help to suck in your stomach to ‘activate’ your core muscles. This way, not only will your tummy look flat and toned, but it will also improve your posture and make you look taller. However, she suggests doing this in intervals throughout the day.

“Yup! Stand up tall and pull your belly button through to your spine. Kung sa Bisaya pa, hiyak ba! It’ll not only make us look good on photos, it’ll also activate our core muscles and help us maintain a good posture,” says Bangs on Instagram.

Aside from her exercise routines, which she religiously follows every day, Bangs also claimed that she follows a strict diet. Ever since she gave birth, she avoided eating foods with too much carbohydrates. Instead, she snacks on healthy alternatives such as fruits and quinoa while taking vitamins at the same time.

In spite of her strict diet, Bangs do not recommend women to go on a diet to the point of starvation. According to Bangs, simply not eating can have disastrous effects on your body, most especially your metabolism. At the end of the day, moderation is the key when it comes to losing weight.

“Apple has lots of fiber that can stimulate our bowel movement & lead to increased metabolism rates. NEVER STARVE yourself! It’ll ruin your metabolism. Eat well & balanced. Avoid sodas. STAY ACTIVE everyday.”
