Rudy Baldwin is known for her premonitions on social media. While not all of them might always be spot on, many netizens are amazed when any of Baldwin’s predictions turned out to be true. Earlier this week, Rudy Baldwin once again proved the power of her words after predicting not just one, but two major catastrophes that occurred in Cebu.
On August 31, 2020, the famed soothsayer predicted that a part of Cebu will be engulfed in big flames. A week later after she made her prediction, two buildings in downtown Cebu City was engulfed in a blaze. The aftermath caused more than P3 million damages in properties.

“Nakikita ko naman ang mangyayari pa lamang sa Cebu huwag basta basta magtiwala kahit kanino pa. Ingatan niyo lalo na sa mga anak nyo at lahat ng mga kababaihan. May malaking sunog ako na nakikita sa Cebu, dalawang sunog ito. Isa ay malaki pero ang isa ay bahay. Maging maingat sa lahat ng bagay na maging sanhi ng sunog.”
In addition to that, in the same post, Baldwin also identified that several tornados will occur in Cebu. She claimed that a tornado in land and a water spout at sea will form in Cebu, causing damages. She cautioned everyone to keep their guards up.
“May pangyayari na hindi inaasahan ng lahat. Isang pag iba ng ihip ng hangin at kahit ang langit ay nag iba ang kulimlim. May kinalaman ito sa dagat pag buo ng malaking hipo hipo sa dagat at lupa. Pero sa dagat ay hipo hido sa ibabaw din ng dagat.”
True enough, just a few days earlier, the Philippinr Weather System/Pacific Storm Update informed the public that there was a water spout that formed in Daanbantayan, Cebu, further confirming Baldwin’s predictions.
