Sarah Geronimo has been in the showbiz industry for two decades. Throughout the years, Sarah has built a successful career and earned the title the “Popstar Royalty.” After countless of blockbuster movies and hit albums, it’s no wonder why Sarah is also the highest-paid singer in the Kapamilya network.
However, despite her high earnings, Sarah was not involved in handling her finances. She started in showbiz when she was just a teen, so her parents, Mommy Divine and Daddy Delfin, have always handled her earnings and her investments.

But now that Sarah is already married to Matteo Guidicelli, the 32-year-old singer is slowly learning to be more independent. In a recent interview, Sarah revealed that this is the first time in twenty years that she handled her own money.
“To be honest, na-expedite yung adulting ko. Ngayon ko lang na-experience how to handle my own finances, how to budget, how to invest,” says Sarah. Fortunately, Matteo is hands-on in guiding his wife on how to handle her finances.
In addition to that, Sarah also claimed that her Mommy Divine has always handled her finances for her. She also claimed that Mommy Divine is truly thoughtful, which is why she’s willing to shoulder all the hard work for the sake of her children.
“Ang mama ko po talaga kung kaya niya gawin lahat, gagawin niya para sa mga anak niya para lang hindi maistorbo ang mga anak niya. Ganun siya ka loving sa mga anak niya, so ngayon natututunan ko na lahat with the help of my husband.”
