A faith healer from Cavite, infamous for his online healing sessions, met an untimely passing. Arturo Solon died from a gunshot wound early in the morning of September 25. The 40-year-old victim was gunned down by an unknown assailant, who immediately fled the scene. Law enforcement authorities are still investigating the scene.
Based on the photos shared on social media, the faith healer was walking down the street when the assailant attacked him. There were many witnesses, but the shooting happened so fast that there was no time to identify the suspect. The victim was dead on the scene.

It was way back in January 20 when Solon made news all over the nation. The 40-year-old faith healer was accused of taking advantage of two women who sought his help. The victims claimed that they experienced ‘kulam’ or ‘barang,’ which led them to Solon in the first place. However, instead of getting healed, Solon allegedly raped them.
In a statement to the police, the victims claimed that Solon assaulted them and he raped the other one during their faith-healing session. They were allegedly hypnotized by Solon. After the incident, the two victims immediately filed a report in the police station.
