A heart warming story from a netizen that told about her and his boyfriend’s hardships just to finish her college degree inspired thousands of people online. With all the sleepless nights and days where they both swallowed their pride in order to survive, she even graduated with flying colors.
“Sa lahat ng mga nakakabasa, lahat ng batang pinapaaral, sanay huwag sayangin ang paghihirap ng inyong mahal sa buhay, laging tatandaan na ang lahat ay may mabuting dulot kapag sinamahan ng pagsisikap, pagtitiis, pagtitiyaga at higit sa lahat ay pananalig sa Poong may likha.”
This is what Blessy Parreño wrote on her Facebook account to show her gratitude for everyone who stayed by
her side especially her boyfriend, RM De Martin who played a big part of the fulfillment of her dreams.
Blessy shared that her boyfriend once became a construction worker, cook, and now is an OIC in Mang Inasal all throughout their journey but she never felt ashamed because it was the reason why they both survived her 4 cruel years in college.
“Hindi KO ikinakahiyang highschool graduate ka, di marunong mag English at taga-uma ??
Oo ganyan ka kababa sa paningin ng iba, pero di nila alam kung gaano kami ka proud sa narating mo.” Blessy proudly shared.
What is more admirable about these two faithful couple is that despite all the pressures and challenges, Blessy graduated as a Cum Laude in Capiz State University.
She also recently passed her board exam, proving RM that all of his sacrifices are worth it.
“Isang taos pusong pasasalamat, Sayo RM De Martin kung wala ka, wala rin akong mararating. Nandito ako, umasa kang, Hindi ka iiwan at susuklian ang lahat ng iyong paghihirap.”
Can you do the exact thing RM did for the one he truly loves? May it be on the same aspect or in different intensities, we can not deny that the love that is selfless and pure is the kind of love that lasts.
