Gutierrez clan recently showed their classy and tropical themed house mansion in the White Plains, Quezon City to their fans.
The 660sqm lot mansion has actually quite a back story, according to PEP.ph
“In 1986, Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama built their family home on a 660-square-meter lot in a gated community in Quezon City.

At that time, Mother Lily signed up Eddie to a one-year, four-picture contract.
After a year, Mother asked for an extension. What he asked in return was a house in White Plains.
But, “Sabi niya, ‘Eddie, hindi ko puwedeng gawin iyan. Pag binigay ko sa iyo ang bahay na iyan, kailangang bigyan ko lahat ng contract stars ko–si Nora Aunor, si Gabby Concepcion, si Maricel Soriano, si ganyan …”

But the actor stood his ground, and after days, the matriarch of Regal Films rang him. The rest, as they say, is history.”
After several renovations headed by Jeizele delos Reyes-Go, their interior designer, the family is now finally ready to show their lovely and majestic place!

The mansion in general has a elegant and classy vibe, given that all of their furniture were purchased all over the world.
It has a huge swimming pool that all of the usually hang out to and not to mention the two separate living rooms on the first and second floor that serves different purpose depending on their mood.
Meanwhile, the 8 seater dining table is spacious enough to accomodate every member of the family, and I bet, even for someone who does not cooiking, the family’s kitchen is a total dream!

They also gave a glimpse of how the master bedroom looks like. It is located in the first floor where Annabelle has her own walk in closet.
Her kids’ bedroom though transformed through times remained beautiful and very comfortable to sleep with.

They also made sure their grand daughters, Venice and Lorin who are staying in the house have their amazing and stylish place on their own.
