On screen partners Ken Chan and Rita Daniela recently went viral after finally speaking up about their experience upon meeting Ang Probinsyano lead star, Coco Martin.
According to the two, it was totally something they did not expect at all.
On a press conference on one of their projects, the two were thrown a couple of questions by reporters and some of them were they thoughts about Coco.
And instantly, their faces lit up and willingly shared their delightful memory with the man!
Because unlike what they had expected, it was Martin who first approached the two and ask how are they doing.
Ken and Daniela thought it was a pretty great thing for a senior like Martin to initially speak to his junior artists especially in the middle of errand in an airport where the latter could have easily walk by and ignore the two.
But instead, a total opposite thing happened!
“Nakakatuwa kasi si Sir Coco, siya pa talaga ang unang lumapit sa amin, in all fairness,” Rita said.
“Nahihiya kaming lapitan si Kuya Coco kasi baka pagod siya galing taping,” Ken added.
The actress then went on, “Sabi pa nga ni sir Coco sa amin ‘uy, Ken, pasensiya na kayo, hindi ko kayo agad nakita.’”
To which Ken replied,
“Tapos siya pa mismo ang nagsabi sa amin na idol niya kami,”
Recently, Martin faced a huge flak from the netizen after broadcasting his disappointment on NTC’s cease and desist order on his home, ABS CBN Network.
Last May 5, the National Telecommunications Commissions ordered the network to close on the same day, effective 11:59 immediately.
This angered a lot of artists and activists and up until now, the fight for ABS CBN franchise renewal is still under process in the senate.
