2020 has been a stressful year to everybody especially because of the recent pabdemic that had put thousands of lives in danger. And now that the cure for COVID-19 is still yet to discover and has no guarantee when it might actually happen, things get more messier and scarier from there.
And for the poor that has no choice but to obey everything the government says, it is clear that it is not the virus that could only kill you, but hunger and starvation too.
And even though there no one in their right mind who would dare to go outside and take the high risk of contracting the virus, the less fortunate people have no choice but to get up and face the day, in order to have something to feed their family’s empty stomach.
This certain delivery guy from Cebu who caught a netizen’s attention went viral on social media just recently because of his situation.
Ronald Anthony “Arar” Ouano, 39, posted a picture of Jason Papa, a disabled Food panda delivery guy who can be seen to be having a hard time getting off his bike, given the fact that he has only one limb to balance his weight.
Ronald shared that while waiting for his order on fast food chain, he quickly notice the delivery guy and was nearly on tears when he discovered that he was only using crutches to walk.
“I immediately called the attention of my wife and we both felt deep respect and admiration for the man because despite his disability he was still working, risking his health to feed his family and serving people with food deliveries,” He said.
“A lot of the people today do nothing but complain and criticize about what is happening, but this food panda delivery guy, despite being physically challenged, takes all the risk just to serve and survive. Respect!” He added.
What is going to happen on Jason now that he got viral and touched a lot of netizens’ heart? Apparently, some people are even looking for his contact details because they do not only want to donate Jason some goods and money, but also want to help the guy to have prosthetic legs.
