Our front liners who is now serving as our heroes have done way more than they are required to do, but still choose to help people as they have pledged to work for us especially during these trying times. Our journalists, militaries, policemen, security guard and grocery staffs, and most especially our health care workers, we are forever indebted with your sacrifice.
There are also people that despite of having not too much to give, they still chose to lend a helping hand to the less fortunate just to make sure that their empty stomachs are having some meal amid the crisis.
But yesterday, the internet have witnessed another genuine heart from a nurse who did not only dedicated her life to medically assist people, but also tried her best to share her small blessings to the homeless people she usually passes by while on the way on her home.
On a Facebook post from her workmate, Hafiz Marohombsar, he shared his amazement towards his co-nurse’s kindess.
Marohombsar did not name her, but people are calling her an “Angel Nurse.”
Marohombsar wrote that he did not really expect that his workmate would initiate such thing, since they are both dead tired from an exhausted shift from the hospital.
“So, she brought me to 7/11 first to buy some goods for the homeless people. Sabi niya sakin, ibibigay daw namin sa bawat taong madadaanan namin na natutulog sa kalsada. If magkulang daw, may 7/11 pa naman sa next street to buy additional food—which it really happened.
“I offered to pay half of the price but she refused, okay na daw na kasama niya ako namigay. She was even thankful kasi andun ako para tulungan siya magkarga ng mga pagkain. “
