Do you still remember the former child star, Cha-cha Canete? The famous kid who starred on a real estate commercial and was dubbed as the “bulilit na maliit”
After going on hiatus from showbiz, Cha-cha, who is now a international music artist is back to showcase her talent in singing as she sings the Star Magic produced Christmas carol, Pasko Pa Rin.

On her interview with PUSH ABS CBN, Cha-cha said that she is most proud of her newest single.
“I feel very blessed and happy that I am able to sing a song a song that can help uplift the spirits of people lalo na sa pinagdaraanan natin ngayon, maraming tao ang malungkot and stressed kaya nagpapasalamat ako na nakabuo ako ng song na hindi mag babago ang spirit ng Christmas no matter what experience we’ve been going through,” she said.

According to the singer, even though we had a tough time this 2020, it is still important to celebrate Christmas, especially now that we are about to survive such cruel year.
“Kasi ang true meaning ng Christmas is the birth of Christ and yun ang sine-celebrate natin, celebrating hope, love, peace and joy dahil ‘yun naman talaga ang true essence of Christmas,”
And when asked about her favorite moments during the holidays, Cha-cha has some fond memories.

“Favorite memory ko is tuwing Christmas, mag-attend kami ng mass and after pupunta kami ng Enchanted Kingdom. Favorite ko siya kasi nagkakasama-sama kami ng pamilya ko, dahil na din sa mahirap makumpleto kami ng family ko po na galing sa iba’t ibang lugar, and like me, mayroon din mga nag-aral and talagang Christmas lang kami nakukumpleto ng family,”
