Former actor and multi millionaire TV host Willie Revillame trends on social media just recently after he announced that he will be selling his luxury car worth of 7 million and donate it solely on our fellow Filipinos who got severely affected by super typhoon Rolly and Ulysses.
On his latest episode on his GMA game show, Wowowin, Willie said that he does not mind giving up his car that he had taken care of for years if he knows that other people out there, especially his own people are suffering.
He also said that he had already talked with Mayor Dennis Hernandez of Montalban, Rizal and Mayor Marcy Teodoro of Marikina for his donation of 5 million each.

“Bale ho P7 million (naibenta), dadagdagan ko ho ‘yun ng kaunting naipon ko. Magbibigay po ako sa Montalban ng P5 million at another P5 million po sa Marikina.
“Aanhin ko ho ‘yung kotse kung marami akong kababayan na naghihirap? Kahit magbenta pa [ako] ng kahit anong pag-aari, pag-aari mo na hindi mo na kailangan. I think this is the right time,” he stated.

Added him, his announcement of giving donations is not being proud but a way of holding accountability of such actions.
“Ang perang ito ho eh, pera ‘to para sa inyong kababayan. Eto po ‘yung binabalik ko ‘yung pasasalamat ko sa mga taong nagmamahal sa programang Wowowin dito sa amin sa GMA, sa akin.
“Kung nasaan man po ako ngayon, kayo ho ang nag-angat sa buhay ko eh. Binabalik ko ‘to hangga’t kaya ko tumulong.

“Kaya ko ‘to sinasabi ho dahil ito ‘yung totoong nararamdaman ko. Sabi nila bakit kailangan ko pang ipakita sa TV o ano.
“Kailangan ko hong malaman niyo para malaman ng mga kababayan niyo na may perang inilaan para sa inyo at ‘yun po ay para sa inyo,”
