John Lloyd Cruz once again trends on social media after a netizen posts about his encounter with the Kapamilya actor during his stay in El Nido, Palawan for his personal errands.
On his exclusive interview with PEP.ph, netizen Jomari Posadas recalls how humble and appreciative John LLoyd is towards everyone who helped and assisted the actor and his whole team.
“Bago po kasi sila nagbiyahe papunta dito, nagtawag na po sila sa amin about nga po kung anong protocol dito.
“Ta’s po yung nagpa-PCR swab test muna sila sa Manila.

“Ta’s after a week, nagbiyahe na sila, ta’s sinundo na namin sila sa airport.
“Kami lang pong tatlo sumundo sa kanila, sama-sama kami sa isang sasakyan hehe.” he said.
Added Jomari, JLC tested positive on the swab test.
“First impression ko po mabait naman po siya.
“And di po siya mayabang kasi may iba kasing artista na di nakikipag-usap sa mga normal citizens.
“Siya po nakikipag biruan pa siya samin.
“At di po siya nauubusan ng pasasalamat sa pag-asikaso namin sa kanya.”

JLC even asked Jomari and their other friends to join them to hang out for awhile.
“Opo kasi po nagyaya siya ng jamming daw po! Dun kay Nay Joey. Pasasalamat niya daw po sa amin.
“Kaso di pa puwede kasi naka-quarantine pa sila.”
POSTPONED RETURN TO SHOWBIZ
Due to the pandemic, JLC’s major return to showbiz after long hiatus to focus on his personal life got cancelled.
But according to award winning director Cathy Garcia Molina, they are doing their best to push for it as soon as possible.

“Until medyo tumatagal po kami, kasi siyempre, hindi namin matantiya yung ano, e, yung pandemya.
“’Tapos may creative process pa po iyan. Inabutan nang hindi available si Lloydie [nickname ni John Lloyd].
“So, may mga prior commitments na siya. So, na-put on hold.” she explained.
